Universidad de la Costa is a private, non-profit higher education institution of national scope in Colombia. Its Master’s programmes in Public Health and Healthcare Services Management equip graduates with the capacity to develop innovative technologies for the management of chronic diseases, as well as the knowledge required to design healthcare systems for patients with chronic conditions.
The Master’s programme in Biomedical Engineering, offered within the Department of Computer Science and Electronics, provides students with a solid foundation in the biomedical field for the development of innovative technological solutions in the healthcare sector.

The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú has a community of around 30,000 students and academic staff across 13 faculties. Its Bioengineering Laboratory stands out for its work in research and the design of clinical procedures and medical devices. The University has strong expertise in preventive diagnosis, monitoring and rehabilitation, as well as telemedicine and healthcare technology management. It maintains an extensive network of interaction at local, national and international levels, supported by its experience in research project development and academic activities.

Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia is one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Peru. It specialises in health sciences and biomedical research and offers a Biomedical Engineering programme that is particularly notable for its work in building bridges between healthcare, technology and engineering. 
UPCH promotes collaboration among nursing, public health and clinical medicine professionals. Its multidisciplinary research team is able to address complex healthcare challenges from multiple perspectives, enhancing the impact of technological and clinical innovations.

INESCOP

Inescop is a non-profit organisation with more than 50 years of experience in the development of scientific and technical activities within the footwear industry. It has extensive experience in R&D and training projects at both national and international levels, particularly in the fields of CAD/CAM, materials (adhesives and polymers), advanced technologies (customisation technologies) and 3D digitisation of feet and lasts/soles.

UMH

Universidad Miguel Hernández of Elche is a public institution offering 28 undergraduate degrees and 51 Master’s programmes across four campuses. Its Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry focuses on the interrelationship between general pathology and foot pathology, with the aim of developing the skills, competencies and knowledge required to diagnose, prescribe and design all types of podiatric treatments following a patient-centred approach. UMH has extensive experience in the development and implementation of policies related to podiatric prevention and care.

The organisation has extensive experience in the textile, leather and footwear sectors, gained through its participation in numerous education and lifelong learning projects supporting the leather and footwear industries, as well as the wider creative industries.
